it mentions the status transition from ERP material deletion flag to CRM product archive status.

This is implemented in code below:

You can set deletion flag for material in ERP via tcode MM06:

The deletion flag is stored in table MARA, field LVORM.

Once this material is downloaded to CRM, the status will become “To archive”.
